Body Measurements

1. Height (Top of head to feet,your standard height measurement.)
2. Shoulder Width (It's across the shoulder from right shoulder joint to left shoulder joint instead of in circumference.)
3. Chest (Relax arms at sides, pull tape across the fullest part of the chest.)
4. Waist (This is the smallest part of the waist, Keep tape slightly loose to allow for breathing room.)
5. Hips (Find the widest part of the hips, usually about 7 in. below natural waist, tape should brush across both hip bones)
