    Cancellation Policy


    If you cancel the order within 24 hours after your payment then We refund 100% .


    If you cancel the order within 24-72 hours after your payment then We refund 50% because the goods already begin production.

     

    72 hours after, it's impossible to cancel an order.

     


    Return policy

     

    All the returning requests should be submitted within 7 days of receiving your item. Getting contact with our customer service before submitting the request is NECESSARY. You should pay attention that the customized items can't be returned according to the policy.


    All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. Before sending the items back, customers must get a contact with Customer Service to confirm eligibility for an exchange or return with showing photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons.

    A: Yes, we can tailor make the size for you. Please choose any standard size, and write down the custom size measurements (chest, waist, hip, height, gender; unit in cm).

    Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses?

     

    A: Sorry, at this time our shipping partners are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses so you will need to provide a street address. If you provide a PO Box or APO/FPO military address, it will delay shipment of your items.
